The Council shall appoint a City Director of Law for an indefinite term, subject to reappointment at the beginning of each term of Council. The City Director of Law shall be an attorney-at-law qualified to practice in Ohio and who shall have practiced for not less than two years prior to his appointment. The City Director of Law shall be a resident of the City at the time of appointment and during his term of office. (Amended 11-3-92)
