(a) Whenever a tract to be subdivided is of an unusual size or shape or is adjacent or abutting a natural or man-made feature that strict application of the requirements contained in these Regulations would result in undue hardship upon the owner of the tract, the Planning Commission may waive such requirements so that the subdivider may develop his property in a reasonable manner.
(b) Requests for a waiver of the provisions of these Regulations shall be made to the Office of the Community Development and Planning three (3) weeks prior to a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission. The request must contain a full explanation of the circumstances surrounding the affected property. It shall be the developer's burden to provide all the information necessary for the Commission to decide the waiver request.
