2-8-3: TERM:
Appointments of residents of the City of Sidney shall be for a term of three (3) years. The Chief of Police, Director of Public Works and City Fire Marshal shall serve for so long as they are employed in the named position. (Ord. 276, 4-3-1978; amd. Ord. 586, 1-4-2021)
