1-29-2: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FUND:
An amount not to exceed five percent (5%) of the money received from and as part of the all purpose levy shall be placed in a separate fund, known as the capital improvement program fund. (Ord. 343, 2-7-1983)
