11-22-2: GENERAL:
The standards, guidelines and procedures of this title shall be enforced by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Sidney through its authority to abate any violations and enjoin and restrain any person violating this title pursuant to Montana law. (Ord. 567, 3-20-2017)
