11-22-1: PURPOSE AND INTENT:
The purpose and intent of this chapter is to establish procedures for the City of Sidney to ensure compliance with this title and obtain corrections of violations that may occur. It also establishes remedies and penalties that apply to violations of this title. (Ord. 567, 3-20-2017)
