11-4-2: LAND USES:

Permitted and conditional uses allowed in the R-1 District are in section 11-4-4, "Allowed Uses", of this chapter. All conditional uses must comply with section 11-17-1, "Conditional Uses", of this title. Some permitted uses shall comply with specific standards as referenced in this chapter. All uses shall comply with chapter 18, "Standards Of General Applicability", of this title. (Ord. 567, 3-20-2017)
