A. The city hereby adopts as part of this code the international fire code standards which are the current standards adopted from time to time by the International Fire Code Commission and set forth in the Montana administrative rules (ARMs), and the same are adopted herein by reference. B. Said fire code shall be kept on file at all times in the office of the city clerk and available for public use, inspection and examination.
C. A person convicted of violating any provision of the fire code in the city of Sidney shall be fined not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the county jail for any term not to exceed six (6) months, or both. (Ord. 469, 5-7-2001)
