5-11-3: VIOLATION:
Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), imprisonment for a term of no more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 415, 12-6-1993)
