5-11-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following words and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
PUBLIC PLACE: A place, building or conveyance to which the public has or may be permitted to have access and any place of public resort and includes all motor vehicles found thereon. (Ord. 415, 12-6-1993)
