Application for a license shall be made to the clerk, together with all necessary information including, but not limited to, the names of all owners and the business addresses of the same. Upon approval of said application by the governing body the clerk shall issue a license for which a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid per annum. (1960 Code)
