For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE HOME. A structure which is designed or constructed in such a manner that it will permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling for one or more persons, which is both used and occupied as a dwelling and which has a self-contained toilet, sink and bath or shower facilities and which has no foundation other than wheels, jacks, skirting or other temporary supports.
