§ 174.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person violating § 174.01 shall suffer a forfeiture of money in a sum of not less than $10 nor more than $100, together with the costs of any action filed to recover said forfeiture, including any attorney fees the town incurs in enforcing § 174.01.

      (2)   Each day any violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall render the person responsible for such offense subject to a forfeiture for each day.

   (C)   (1)   Any person or persons violating § 174.02 shall, upon conviction, be fined in the sum of not less than  $2 nor more than $50 for each day during which said offense shall have been committed.

      (2)   Each violation of § 174.02 shall constitute a separate offense.
