2.04.070: SPECIAL MEETINGS; NOTICE:
   A.   When the president of the council, or any three (3) members thereof, desires to call special meetings, he or they shall give not less than one day's written notice to the clerk, stating the time and object of the special meeting, and it shall be the duty of the clerk to notify all members of the council and it shall be the duty of the clerk to file such written notice and to record same in the minutes of the special meeting called by virtue of such notice.
   B.   Only one meeting can be held on the same day. (Prior code § 1-307)
