Notice of meetings shall be published at the passage of this chapter and then annually in the official newspaper, and the agenda of each meeting shall be posted in a front window of the city hall, in plain view of the public, at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the opening of the meeting. Additional agenda items may be added by following the requirements of section 67-2343, Idaho Code. (Ord. 432, 1995)
