2.04.040: MEETINGS; TIME AND PLACE:
Starting on March 1, 1998, the regular meetings of the city council shall commence at the hour of seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. on the first and third Tuesday of each and every month at the city hall, unless otherwise announced according to law.
