15.04.070: VESTED RIGHT PROHIBITED:
No person, firm, partnership, or corporation shall acquire any vested right to construct, alter, or maintain any building by virtue of money spent or work done prior to obtaining a building permit required by the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 335 § 4, 1977)
