1.28.020: CONSIDERATION:
The following factors were considered by the planning and zoning commission and the council and mayor of the city in the establishment of an area of city impact:
   A.   Trade area;
   B.   Geographic factors; and
   C.   Areas that can reasonably be expected to be joined to the city in the future. (Ord. 379 § 2, 1986)
