15.04.030: CONFLICT OF PROVISIONS:
If any conflict should appear between this chapter and the provisions of chapter 41 of title 39 of the Idaho Code or amendments thereof, the provisions of the Idaho Code shall prevail. (Ord. 335 § 3, 1977)
