13.06.060: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, refuses to comply with, or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter or chapter 13.08 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 352 § 1(F), 1981)
