13.04.160: CHARGES; DEPOSIT:
The city treasurer shall credit all sums received from the city clerk as provided in this chapter in the fund known as the water works fund, and disbursements shall be made therefrom for the office of superintendent of waterworks on order of the city council by warrants as in other cases. (Prior code § 1-919)
