Where water is furnished by the city for irrigation from deep wells, there is a charge therefor at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per season per lot; provided, however, that where lots are taxed for Shoshone ditch water, the charge for deep well water delivered thereto for irrigation is three dollars ($3.00) per lot per season. The charges are effective for the 1975 irrigation season and thereafter, until altered. For this chapter, a lot is deemed to be three thousand six hundred (3,600) square feet.
