12.17.220: CONVEYANCE TO JOHN MCBRIDE:
The mayor of the city of Shoshone is hereby authorized and empowered to execute in the name of said city and deliver to John McBride a good and sufficient deed of conveyance transferring and conveying title to the above vacated property. (Ord. 489, 2004)
