12.17.120: CONVEYANCE TO HERSHEL AND SHARON KERNER, ET AL.:
The mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to execute in the name of said city and deliver to Hershel and Sharon Kerner, Idaho Power, and Harrel Thorne a good and sufficient deed of conveyance transferring and conveying title to the above vacated property. (Ord. 454, 1997)
