12.17.080: CONVEYANCE TO HOWARD E. ADKINS:
The mayor of the city is hereby authorized and empowered to execute in the name of said city and deliver to Howard E. Adkins, the owner of the adjacent area in block 4, Lincoln addition of Shoshone, Idaho, and covering the property vacated by section 12.17.050 of this chapter, a good and sufficient deed of conveyance transferring and conveying title to said vacated portion to the said Howard E. Adkins. (Ord. 363, 1982)
