12.17.010: VACATION; WESTERLY TEN FEET OF SOUTH BEVERLY STREET:
The westerly ten feet (10') of South Beverly Street lying between East B Street and the alley of block 14 which lies adjacent to Lot 20 in block 14 of the original town site of Shoshone, the same being a strip ten feet (10') wide and one hundred twenty feet (120') long, be and the same is hereby vacated and annulled and all public rights therein renounced. (Ord. 363, 1982)
