Notwithstanding any and all other provisions of this code, the council hereby adopts title 49 of the Idaho Code dealing with motor vehicles insofar as the title pertains to the city, but specifically excluding those provisions that are the sole domain of the state of Idaho, and that as new amendments of title 49 are adopted by the state, if any, then this section adopts the same amendments in an identical fashion subject to the restriction noted above. Any conflicting Shoshone city ordinance shall be removed from this code at its next printing. (Ord. 396, 1989)
