3-2-7: PENALTY:

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or who, having obtained a permit hereunder, shall wilfully fail to continue to comply with the conditions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
