9-19-4: USES PERMITTED:
   A.   Land use shall be restricted to single family only.
   B.   Setback to adjacent residential and accessory structures shall be 50 feet.
   C.   One accessory structure shall be allowed. Accessory structures shall not be used for human habitation (including working, sleeping, living, cooking, or restroom areas) and must comply with current code.
