10-1-8: INTERPRETATION:

All "subdivisions" as defined in section 10-2-2 of this title shall be submitted for approval pursuant to these regulations, and shall comply with the provisions of these regulations. These regulations shall supplement all other regulations, and where at variance with other laws, regulations, ordinances, or resolutions, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
