A quorum shall consist of a majority of the full planning and zoning commission membership. A quorum shall consist of all commission voting members present, whether or not participating. No business shall be conducted nor information accepted unless a quorum is present. In the event of a lack of quorum, the commission members present may reschedule the meeting to a specific future date and time by motion and vote. (Ord. 36, 11-22-1983)
