9-14-1: SITING:

"Manufactured homes", as defined in Idaho Code section 39-4105(13) shall be an allowed use in all land zoned for single- family residential uses except for lands falling within an area defined as an "historic district" under section 67-4607, Idaho Code. (Ord. 114, 11-17-1998)
