A. Power To Remove: Members of the planning and zoning commission may be removed for cause by a majority vote of the board of county commissioners.
B. Recommendation Of Chairman: The chairman of the planning and zoning commission may recommend to the board of county commissioners that a member be removed for cause. Such recommendation shall be based upon a majority vote of the commission.
C. Cause Defined: "Cause" shall constitute missing at least four (4) of the regularly scheduled meetings of the commission over any consecutive twelve (12) month period or a wilful disregard of planning and zoning commission rules and procedures. (Ord. 36, 11-22-1983)
