2-1-5: VACANCIES:
A vacancy shall occur under the following circumstances:
   A.   Whenever an appointed member no longer satisfies the appointment and qualification requirements; or
   B.   Whenever a member is removed for cause; or
   C.   Whenever a member resigns from the commission. (Ord. 36, 11-22-1983)
