As terms of the first appointive members expire, new appointments shall be made for six (6) year terms to the respective seats vacated by resolution of the board of county commissioners. Should a vacancy occur in a seat, other than through expiration of the term for said seat, appointments to such seat shall be made for the remainder of the term otherwise attached to said seat. All vacancies shall be noted by the planning and zoning commission chairman and reported to the chairman of the board of county commissioners. (Ord. 36, 11-22-1983)
