2-1-1: COMMISSION CREATED:
Pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-6504, there is hereby created a planning and zoning commission. The commission shall perform the duties, have the responsibilities and fulfill the requirements imposed upon them by Idaho Code section 67-6501 et seq., and titles 9 and 10 of this code.
