9-4-6: RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-1):

The purpose of the Residential District (R-1) is to promote the establishment of medium-low density, single-family dwellings not to exceed five (5) dwelling units per net acre. Centralized water and sewer facilities are required. (Ord. 15, 7-11-1977)
