9-4-4: SUBURBAN OR RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (SR):

The purpose of the Suburban or Rural Residential District (SR) is to promote the establishment of low density dwellings, not to exceed two (2) dwelling units per acre. Lot area shall be of sufficient size for individual water and sewer facilities and the maintenance of a limited number of animals. (Ord. 15, 7-11-1977)
