8-1-8: ANNEXATION:
Annexation by the City of Kellogg shall be limited to those lands lying within the Area of Impact and being contiguous to the city limits of the City of Kellogg. Upon annexation, the provisions of this chapter, which is the agreement between the City of Kellogg and Shoshone County, shall no longer apply to the annexed area. (Ord. 156, 7-16-2018)
