6-1-6: EX POST FACTO APPLICATION:

This chapter is not to be applied in an ex post facto manner and any highway or street which is nonconforming at the time of the passage of this chapter and has been accepted by the county shall remain within the jurisdiction of the county. (Ord. 97, 12-4-1995, eff. 12-13-1995)
