5-2-8: INTERFERING WITH OFFICER OR VILLAGE DOG WARDEN:

Any person who shall, in any way, prevent or attempt to prevent any member of the Police Department or any other authorized person from performing any duty herein required shall be guilty of violation of this chapter. (Ord. 18-1873, 2-27-2018)
