In the event it is deemed necessary by the Village of Shorewood Chief of Police, or his designee, for the Village of Shorewood to hire a specialized service contractor or other entity to assist with removal, the responsible party shall bear sole responsibility for payment to specialized service contractor or other entity for all reasonable charges assessed by said contractors to complete the mitigation, removal, or resolution of the occurrence. The responsibility for this payment shall be in addition to any and all applicable charges assessed against the responsible party pursuant to sections 4-10-2 and 4-10-3 of this chapter.
