A. Unless otherwise exempt, the Village of Shorewood is authorized to charge any responsible party for removal services rendered by the Village of Shorewood for any occurrence at the rate set forth in the following schedule of charges:
1. Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per hour per responding vehicle;
2. One hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour per piece of additional equipment utilized to mitigate or resolve the occurrence;
3. Seventy dollars ($70.00) per hour per person responding to the occurrence on behalf of the Village of Shorewood; and
4. Actual replacement cost value for any item expended for the mitigation, removal, or resolution of the occurrence. (Ord. 18-1891, 6-26-2018)
