901.12 PERMIT LIMITATIONS.

Permits issued pursuant to this section are valid only for the area of the right-of-way specified in the application and the permit and only for the dates so specified. No work shall be extended beyond the permitted area or dates without a new permit being procured therefore, provided the City Engineer may extend the completion date of the work in accordance with § 901.11, Subd. 1 of this chapter.
