1005.05 EXISTING FURNACES.
   Outdoor wood-burning furnaces that were legally installed prior to the adoption of this chapter shall comply at minimum with the installation requirements set forth in § 1005.04, Subd. 1 of this code and the months of operation standard set forth in § 1005.04, Subd. 5 of this code. No existing outdoor wood-burning furnace may be enlarged or extended.
