For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL BOAT DOCK. Any person, firm or corporation who owns or uses boats or barges in the furtherance of his or her business and provides space for docking and storing of the boats or barges upon property owned, rented or occupied by the person, firm or corporation shall be considered, for the purpose of this chapter, as being engaged in the business of operating a commercial boat dock.
DOCKING or STORING BOATS. Any person, firm or corporation who rents or provides space for docking or storing of three or more boats belonging to a person other than himself or herself within the corporate limits of the city for gain or other remuneration shall be considered, for the purpose of this chapter, as being engaged in the trade or business of docking or storing of boats.
