1003.04 EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS.
   The requirements of this chapter shall not apply to the excavations or storage of rock, sand, gravel, dirt or similar material as may be required by state, county or city authorities in connection with construction or maintenance of roads and highways within the city.
