An application for the permit shall be accompanied by a drawing made by a registered surveyor or other competent person showing the location of the proposed excavation or storage and shall state the amount of material which is to be removed, excavated or stored and the other information as the Council may require from time to time. Applications shall be filed with the City Administrator/Clerk and shall be accompanied by a fee as set forth in the State Building Code, payable to the city.
