1002.09 ENFORCEMENT AND VIOLATION.

Subd. 1. Enforcement. The Building Official, the Police Department and the City Engineer shall enforce and carry out the requirements of this chapter.

Subd. 2. Violation. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
