906.02 IMPROVEMENTS.
   The city may cause to order the construction and installation of a dry hydrant fire protection system. The construction shall be conducted under the direction of the City Engineer in accordance with city standards and procedures for awarding construction contracts. The city shall own and maintain the dry hydrant system.
